I'm having a hard time getting back into the actual fast. I'm doing very well in regard to a calorie deficit, but ever since Saturday night, I keep having small amounts of whatever it is that's around. I am, of course, recording it.
My calorie deficit was 1,482 yesterday. I had a good workout at the gym. My weight is steady at 235.
I'm going to try to get started with the fast again today ...
