What to do?  I have virtually been setting at the same weight for about a month.  Although, I don't have working scales at the moment, I do weigh myself when I go to work out.  The only problem with this is that I am fully clothed AND it is in the evening.  So I figure that my clothing and shoes weigh about 5 pounds and add about 2 to 3 pounds for evening weigh in and this puts me at a total weight loss of 38 pounds to date.  I really need to get a set of scales!!!  It is driving me CRAZY!  Argh!

  1. You need to buy a scale, Tracy. I get weighed every morning and then I log it in.

  2. See, I am stubborn. I have bought two sets in the last year. Both have died shortly after changing the batteries. I have a set that will work when I am down 10 to 15 more pounds! I am anxious to get there so that I don't have to buy yet another set of scales! We are actually thinking of investing a set that costs around $200 eventually. I just can't bring myself to buy a new set when I only have 10 or 15 pounds to go! It is killing me!

  3. Tracy, are you really measuring your food? Look at your carb intake and consider dropping it way down. One thing's for sure, if you take in less calories than you burn you WILL lose weight.

Your body is probably just freaking out and responding like you're in a crisis situation.

Eventually, if you take in less calories than you burn you WILL lose weight.
