I had another good day as far as my calorie deficit was concerned. My defict was 1,439! It wasn't as high as the first two days because I didn't go to the gym.
I didn't feel as well yesterday as I did the first two days. My stomach was upset and felt very "blah." I had a hard time getting the lemonade down. I took the advice in the booklet and stuck with, but took it easy.
