Plateau is where I have been and I "think" it is because I am not eating enough and drinking enough water. I have been chugging glasses of water but I seem to do this late in the day. I think it is because of work that I have done this the last 2 days. I am going to work harder to spread the water out throughout the day.
I did ok with food until dinner where I ate a large plate of spaghetti with cheese. I did resist the buttered bread that the rest of the family had. I am going to try to make an effort to make breakfast a much bigger meal and dinner smaller. To date, dinner is huge compared to the rest of the day.

Tonight, I have my class at the YMCA. I am starting to learn the weight training machines. I think that this will dramatically help with my weight loss goals as well.
Tomorrow, I will share some information about where I have been and where I am going on this journey. I might even show some pictures. :-)

ReplyDeleteWell, we did not get to the weight training again this week! We are supposed to start next week. We learned more about how to use the elliptical machines and the differences. I actually did 5 minutes on it last night and about 30 minutes on the treadmill. I will have to update you next week!
