Thanksgiving Challenge - Day 1

  1. Steps - 8,054  Water - 64 oz  Calorie Deficit - 1188
Goals:
D -will be working for a 500 to 1000 calorie deficit each day with at least 8k steps 15 out of the 22 days, (1) 10k steps 5 out of the 22 days and 15k steps 2 out of the 22 days.  Drink at least 64 ounces of water each day!

T will be working for a 1000 to 1500 calorie deficit each day with at least (1) 8k steps 15 out of the 22 days, 10k steps 5 out of the 22 days and 15k steps 2 out of the 22 days.  I am also pledging to drink at least 64 ounces of water each day!
