I did it... I had a decent day! Woohooo! I could do better but not too terribly awful. I will be working on keeping the calories in down again today. I started off with a Myoplex. I need to get my oatmeal cooked up again. I might start eating that for lunch on work days. I also found tuna packets that are already made into tuna salad. Each packet makes a nice hardy sandwich and is only 100 calories. I am going to hunt down some low cal bread and have that for lunch sometimes too!
