Wednesday

Yesterday wasn't a very good day for me. Voting and going to eat threw off my numbers. I only had 3,920 steps and had a calories deficit of 375.

Today will be better. Tonight I drop off S. at Girl Scouts, so I have an hour to myself. I plan to use that hour for a long walk. I would also like to use my 1/2 lunch break for getting in a few steps.

Dinner will be a challenge. On Girl Scout nights M. is in charge of getting dinner together. His plan is always the same -- Pizza Hut. I'll think about how to handle this throughout the day.

I am up the challenge, Tracy! I have made a little chart and will tick off the requirements as I meet them!
